For 40/36 hours per week, you:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Create designs</strong> with the big picture in mind, blending storytelling, AI-driven content, and photography to craft next-level digital experiences.</li><li><strong>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team</strong>, including UX, UI, motion designers, and 3D artists, ensuring a well-rounded and coherent visual direction.</li><li><strong>Lead digital art direction</strong> across digital projects, creating digital content for websites, apps, emails, and partner platforms, ensuring they align with Rituals’ brand identity and overarching campaigns.</li><li><strong>Innovate with assets and introduce new creative tools</strong>, including 3D modeling, animation, and AI-enhanced visuals, for a richer and more immersive user journey.</li><li><strong>Work on a variety of digital creative assets</strong>, from emails, digital paid, website visuals to social media content, ensuring everything is crafted with high quality and brand consistency in mind.</li></ul><p><strong>Join Our Team.</strong><br/> In collaboration with the wider UX &amp; Design Team, you will work on concepts and turn them into high-impact layouts and design mockups. As a designer at Rituals, you’ll be part of a dynamic group of creatives, including UI designers, digital designers, motion designers, 3D animators, UX Designers and a Design Systems Specialist. Your work will have a direct impact on our digital touchpoints and help shape the next level of our<br/> customer experience. You will collaborate with a motivated UX team, including experts in service design and<br/> design operations. At Rituals, designers own their ideas and are accountable for the success of their projects.
