Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and shipping of packaging materials and finished products.
• Ensure accuracy in inventory management, perform cycle counts, and support audits.
• Oversee material handling and organization of warehouse space for maximum efficiency.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and OSHA regulations.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse team members; ensure accountability and performance.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Shipping, and Maintenance teams to meet operational goals.
• Maintain proper documentation, including bills of lading, packing slips, and material transfers.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse at all times.

Requirements:

• 2 - 4 years’ warehouse management experience required
• Experience in business management, purchasing, and warehouse management highly preferred
