Job Description:
This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of large program deliverables which requires engagement across multiple organizations. Key responsibilities include communicating target outcomes, coordinating delivery, resource planning, providing visibility of program health, and managing program risks, compliance and financials. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, and cost and facilitating sync points between business and technology leaders and Risk and Compliance partners.
Responsibilities:
- Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery of large programs, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates
- Broadens relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk
- Establishes target outcomes in partnership with stakeholders and leaders
- Tracks success metrics and provides status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, performance, risks, issues, and schedule
- Collaborates with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
- Manages program financials and supports resource planning
- Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards
- Lead enterprise portfolio management across programs and projects, providing executive oversight, portfolio health reporting, release communications, and benefits realization.
- Drive strategic planning and prioritization, translating enterprise and AIT strategy into funded initiatives through annual planning, intake, backlog, and investment governance.
- Set and govern technology roadmaps, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and long‑term business objectives.
- Enable cross‑functional execution and alignment by partnering with Delivery, Product, Architecture, Business, and Technology leaders to manage dependencies and outcomes.
- Oversee innovation and discovery pipelines, including scenario planning, risk forecasting, and transition of high‑value concepts into delivery.
- Manage LOB technology portfolio economics, ensuring transparency, value realization, and optimization of technology investments.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of job related experience required.
- Communicate clearly & effectively with technology/development and business partners – ability to translate between these 2 constituencies
- Excellent presentation skills, creation of materials for senior technology and business executive meetings
- Presence to serve as the primary point of contact for senior business partners and stakeholders
- Experience of coordination across large portfolios
- Excellent written communication skills and excellent communication skills and client presence
- Support cost/benefit analysis to align tech solutions with business strategy.
- Understanding of business process redesign concepts and process improvement techniques
- Understanding and experience with technical solutions and components (APIs, Middleware, Services, SQL)
