About the Role

As the Program Manager, Tech Ops, you will report to the Associate Director, Tech Operations and continuously collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to solve the most critical technical problems for our client.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee technical release management, coordinating across teams to ensure smooth and timely execution.
  • Manage the release calendar and ticket lifecycle, ensuring visibility, documentation, approvals, and conflict prevention.
  • Communicate releases across the org and to senior leaders, while also maintaining an organized history of release notes for reference.
  • Manage the intake process for new technology requests and projects from cross-functional stakeholders
  • Create automation and support maintenance of data flows into tools such as AirTable
  • Oversee org-wide document management across tools such as Confluence and SharePoint
  • Provide org-wide communications support, creating presentation decks and coordinating presentation input from multiple teams
  • Support onboarding activities related to org-wide data, such as managing organization charts
  • Create and deliver reporting on data related to release, intake, and prioritization processes to inform decision making at all levels of leadership
  • Drive organizational effectiveness by supporting various needs on diverse projects and strategic initiatives across the Tech Ops team

About You

The essentials:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in tech industry in roles such as project management, release management, or business operations
  • Experience in tech industry
  • Proven organizational skills and time management abilities
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and evolving processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills with initiative to drive projects independently
  • Ability to effectively communicate to a variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate with and assist others to be successful as a team
