In this role, you will support Illumio's growth by playing a pivotal role in providing operational support to channel sales, field sales, marketing, and finance teams, ensuring the integrity of partner-related business and managing partner-related processes.
Everyday you will build and analyze reports, respond to ad-hoc requests from various teams, manage the PRM application, and troubleshoot system-related issues, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process.
To thrive in this role, you must have 3-5 years of sales or channel operations experience, a deep understanding of channel ecosystems, strong analytical skills, proficiency in CRM and PRM applications, and the ability to work independently and creatively solve problems with minimal supervision.

We are seeking a motivated, detail oriented, and creative individual to join our Sales Operations team as a Channel Operations Analyst. The Channel Operations Analyst will play a pivotal role in providing operational support to various Illumio teams including channel sales, field sales, marketing, and finance. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, is great at multi-tasking, and can work independently as well as part of a global team, providing support to North America, Europe, and Asia.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing and implementing strategies to support the channel sales organization as well as other teams that rely on the data related to the sales process.
The position will report to the Senior Channel Programs Manager and work to support a variety of partner-related programs and initiatives across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the integrity of our partner-related business. The Chanel Operations Analyst will play a critical role in the audit and compliance function of our Deal Registration process

Build, run, and analyze reports and dashboards for users and managers & in doing so, provide insight into the business

Respond to ad-hoc requests flowing into channel operations from various teams regarding reporting, system-related troubleshooting, and general support

Manage Illumio’s PRM application, Impartner, and become a power user in the application while maintaining the integrity of the data and processes within the tool

Manage partner-related processes including partner portal access, MDF & partner incentives

Assist with the lead to opportunity process in support of the sales and channel teams

Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to processes built in Impartner & Salesforce

Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and relevant training materials
Experience:

Bachelor's degree required
-
3-5 years of previous sales operations/channel operations experience

Deep understanding of a channel ecosystem including various partner types (Reseller, Distributor, SI, MSP, etc.)

Strong analytical skills, disciplined attention to detail, highly organized and thorough

Outstanding interpersonal skills

Proficient with MS Office Suite. Intermediate/Advanced level Excel & PowerPoint skills preferred

Admin experience with CRM (Salesforce) and PRM (Impartner) or similar is a must
