Now Hiring: RV Shipping & Receiving Clerk / Forklift / Shop Assistant!

Pay: $20-24 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM

The RV Shipping & Receiving Clerk assists the Ultimate Team, Shop Foreman, and General Manager with various technical and administrative tasks. This role involves helping with the warehouse and dealership loading and moving Airstream trailers in and within the shop.

Responsibilities

• Assist all guests promptly and in a friendly and professional manner including Ultimate and Airstream guests; communication must be clear and concise.
• Responsible for guest check in/out process including weigh-in and inspection of units.
• Maintain parts inventory, including stocking shelves, organizing bins, binning new parts and recording the location, conducting perpetual bin audits, and maintain special order bins.
• Immediately notify Supply Chain Coordinator of damaged parts or shortages
• Assist in Physical Parts Inventory annually.
• Maintain clean delivery vehicle. Drive cautiously and safely, staying within the laws of the road.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas; Inventory Room / Warehouse.
• Sweep floors, empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of materials daily.
• Keeps cords and airlines coiled when not in use.
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

• Forklift Certified; become forklift certified to move Airstreams – required
• Previous experience working in a shop or manufacturing environment, a plus
• Dealership experience, a plus  
• CDK software experience, a plus 
• Previous experience in a position requiring the ability work independently or with little supervision once instructions are given
• Strong attention to detail
• Sense of urgency
• Excellent communication
• Typing; ability to type efficiently to enter accurate information into tracking system
• Mathematics; ability to solve basic math calculations
• Basic computer skills
