About the role

The HR Tech Analyst Intern responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Focus on system configuration and testing that will allow the selected intern to gain experience with real-world ERP design, build, and enhancements.
  • Participate in data validation and reporting tasks which will provide the opportunity develop analytical via Oracle’s Reporting and Analytics tool OTBI and Microsoft Excel. 
  • Leverage reports from Oracle’s Reporting and Analytics tool OTBI to cleanse data.
  • Participate integration and security projects to provide a broader technical landscape of Oracle HCM and Atlantic Health.
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) / Knowledge Articles to documentation best practices and steps for end-user support, reinforcing knowledge retention and best practices.
  • Be introduced to automation and scripting where applicable to help reduce manual tasks and promote efficiency via Python, SQL, and or Oracle Data Management tools like HDL (Data Loaders).
  • Receive exposure to Oracle’s My Learn platform and review available industry driving certifications.
  • Support the stabilization phase of the AtlanticHub project. Participating in the tasks to support stabilization.
  • 2025 Strategic HR Solutions Roadmap: Align strategy to goal and vision. Including knowledge transfer, growth, and special business needs.
  • Create a KT mechanism and repository to store KT documentation. Participate in testing, analysis and documenting results.
  • Applicants must be currently enrolled in a full-time accredited undergraduate or graduate program at a public or private College/University, and be in good academic standing at their institution
  • Must be committed to completing the duration of the internship from June 2025 - August 2025
  • Work 37.5 hours per week and commit to a minimum of 375 hours for the duration of the internship
  • Ideally pursing a degree in  Engineering, Computer Science, STEM or a similarly related field. 
  • US Citizen or permanent resident 
  • Strong communication skills
