Summary

Supervise various maintenance crafts including Plant Mechanics, Electricians, and Instrument/Controls Technicians in work related to maintaining the operation of Coolidge Generating Station and Copper Crossing Generating Station. Organizes and schedules work for all aspects of maintaining and repairing plant equipment including turbines, generators, and balance of plant equipment. Provide support and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and various other supporting groups.

What You'll Do

• Plans, organizes, schedules and supervises skilled maintenance personnel in all phases of maintenance (Preventative Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance, Condition Directed Maintenance) of all plant equipment.
• Ensure personnel adheres to all environmental, safety, regulatory, and HR policies and programs.
• Responsible for maintaining high performance and proficiency of maintenance personnel. Identifies and implements training programs as needed to maintain proficiency of all personnel.
• Plans, coordinates and/or assists in reviewing all unit outage work and modifications or additions to plant systems and equipment.
• Maintains accurate records of equipment maintenance (including job scope, parts and labor costs, etc.).
• Collaborate with, and support personnel from Operations, Engineering, Planning, Purchasing, Warehousing, Environmental, and Safety.

What It Takes To Succeed

Experience as a Journeyman Plant Operator, Plant Mechanic, Plant Electrician, Plant Instrument/Controls Technician, or Senior Engineer involving the operation and/or maintenance of power plant systems and equipment.

• Extensive knowledge and experience with Maximo or similar program
• Extensive knowledge and experience with LOTO (lock-out/tagout)
• Extensive knowledge and experience with troubleshooting/trending plant equipment and systems
• Highly functional using Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Over 4 years of related experience.

Completion of an Associate's degree, Apprenticeship, or 60 college credi
