As a Banner Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant, you will enjoy working with a group of staff who takes pride in what they do each day!  The clinical and administrative staff focus on the community and the well-being of the patients we serve.  You will also enjoy an autonomous work environment and 1:1 patient care which will allow you to track patients’ treatment plan and their progress toward a healthy life! You will be responsible for 5-6 routine visits daily under supervision of PT. You will have an opportunity to treat patients with a wide variety of clinical conditions and goals (i.e. post-op orthopedic patients, neuro rehab, cardiac issues and more).

SCHEDULE:

Training Core:

•  Monday-Friday

• 8:00am-5:00pm

• First 30-60 days

Training BSS/PRN :

• Commit to 1-2 days per week

• Monday-Friday

• 30-60 days

After Training:

Option 1: Full Time

• 40- 32 Hours per week

• Monday- Friday “Work your way” 4 10hr shifts or 5 8hr shifts

• Saturday & Sunday + other days during the week “Work your way” 4 10hr shifts or 5 8hr shifts

• Commitment to working every other weekend with working weekdays on the off weeks, or working every weekend with flexibility of working one week day.

Option 2: Part Time

• 20-28 Hours per week

• Monday-Friday: 5, 8, 10 hour days

• Saturday- Sunday +1 other day 5, 8, 10 hour days

Option 3: BSS/PRN

• PRN Position

• Call Outs/ PTO/ Leave

• Sunday- Saturdays

• 8:00am-5:00pm

• Minimum of 2 shifts per month

• East Valley -POD 1 Primary cities:  East Mesa, Gold Canyon, Apache Junction, Superior

• East Valley -POD 2 Primary cities: Mesa, Gilbert, San Tan Valley, Queen Creek, Florence

• East Valley -POD 3 Primary City:  NE Mesa

• East Valley- POD 6-  Primary cities: Casa Grande, Arizona City, Eloy, Coolidge and Maricopa

• East Valley- POD 8- Primary cities:  Phoenix, Mesa, Tempe, Chandler

• East Valley- POD 9- Primary cities: Phoenix, Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, Cave Creek, and Carefree
