Compensation Details:

• Hourly: $23 - $32/hour
• Pay-per-billed-hour: $37-$45/billed hour
• Hourly and Pay-per-billed-hour options are available
• Hourly options come with GUARANTEED hours and a potential monthly bonus (up to $9,000/year)

Here's what you'll need:

• Current PTA License in the state of CO or eligible to obtain
• Associate Degree from an Accredited PTA program

Essential PTA responsibilities at Woven Care:

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a PT to children 0-21 years of age with a variety of neuro-developmental and orthopedic conditions.
• Manage a daily schedule and documentation for patients seen.
• Responsible for carrying out goal-oriented treatments established by the physical therapist to facilitate maximum potential.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including the patient's family to provide the highest quality of care to patients.
• Follow industry guidelines for ethical and professional performance.
• Demonstrate dependability and time management skills.
• Attend staff meetings and in-service training, with the opportunity to learn in-service training.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Kneeling on the ground
• Performing squatting maneuvers
• Transitioning between standing and floor-level positions
• Engaging in bending or stooping motions
• Lifting up to 50lbs
• Executing lateral and backward pivots or shuffles
• Running distances up to 100ft
• Standing for at least 15 minutes
