As an AI Engineer you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge LLM solutions that drive revenue growth and competitive advantage. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage in experimentation frameworks, and work with rich datasets to create highly effective AI-driven applications that operate at scale in production environments.</span><br/><span>In this role, you will …</span><ul><li><span>Design, develop, and maintain production-grade AI systems.</span></li><li><span>Develop APIs and microservices to serve LLM models.</span></li><li><span>Support infrastructure for experimentation and model monitoring.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and other engineering teams to translate commercial strategies into scalable solutions.</span></li><li><span>Implement robust monitoring and alerting systems to ensure AI solutions which are robust and cost effective.</span></li><li><span>Working closely with product teams to embed AI solutions into workflows.</span></li></ul><br/><strong>WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR …</strong><br/><ul><li><span>6+ years of total experience in software development, including 2+ years in AI engineering, ML engineering, data science, or backend roles involving AI systems.</span></li><li><span>Strong </span><strong>Python</strong><span> experience, especially with modern tooling (FastAPI, PydanticAI).</span></li><li><span>Solid understanding of LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, and GenAI design patterns.</span></li><li><span>Experience with </span><strong>LLM frameworks</strong><span>: PydanticAI, LangChain, LangGraph, DSPy or similar.</span></li><li><span>Familiarity with </span><strong>agentic AI</strong><span>: tool calling, planning, long-running workflows, memory/state handling.</span></li><li><span>Familiarity with </span><strong>LLMOps</strong><span>: LangFuse or similar, monitoring, evaluation, cost optimization, prompt versioning.</span></li><li><span>Experience deploying AI systems in </span><strong>AWS</strong><span>, Kubernetes/EKS, or similar cloud environments.</span></li><li><span>Strong problem-solving mindset with emphasis on reliability, scalability, and rapid iteration.</span></li><li><span>Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, product, and operational teams.</span></li></ul><h3>Nice to Have:</h3><ul><li><span>Experience with vision-language models or multimodal LLMs.</span></li><li><span>Hands-on experience with OCR technologies and pipeline development for document understanding.</span></li><li><span>Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and RAG systems.</span></li><li><span>Experience with real-time or large-scale ETL pipelines relevant to AI workloads.</span></li><li><span>Experience applying AI to pricing, automation, or operational optimization at scale.</span></li></ul><br/><strong>WHY CHOOSE SENNDER…</strong><br/><span>We believe in empowering our people to grow beyond their limits, embrace challenges, and create solutions that drive our collective success.
