We are recruiting a Marketing Specialist with good language skills in English based in Krakow (hybrid model), Poland.

The ideal candidate should have digital marketing experience and be ready to build marketing plans and execute multichannel campaigns. We are looking for driven, motivated, creative, and focused individual.

What will you be doing?

• Understanding business priorities and strategy, delivering projects to support business goals
• Running brand, customer acquisition, retention, and sales campaigns
• Online and offline events management
• Support Marketing Manager in planning and management of marketing campaigns and projects
• Support Marketing Manager in running digital multichannel campaigns in Europe or Globally
• Working with external marketing agencies / vendors
• Budget management
• Ownership of smaller, regional projects (or big, international projects if you’re ready!)
• Working closely with other teams within a company such as the eCommerce team, Product team, Sales teams, and other stakeholders
• Campaign localization and analytics  

What about you?

• 2+ years experience in digital marketing
• Understanding of digital marketing and experience in running campaigns
• Familiar with online paid and owned channels e.g. PPC, GDN, Social Media, Email
• Experience in working with external and internal stakeholders would be a plus 
• Fluency in English language. Polish or any other language is an advantage
• Creative person who is able to not only generate new ideas but also execute them
• Good communication skills
• Copywriting skills
• Good knowledge of MS office: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
