Quality Specialist (QS)
Location Becharaji - Gujarat, IndiaFORVIA HELLA is a listed international automotive supplier. YOUR TASKS
Key Responsibilities-
Develop,
implement, and maintain QMS documentation (SOPs, policies, procedures)
Ensure
compliance with standards like ISO 9001 /IATF 16949 , ISO14001/45001 and
VDA 6.3.
Conduct
internal audits and coordinate external audits
Monitor
and improve processes through CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
Handle
deviations, non-conformances, and root cause analysis
Maintain
document control and version management
Train
employees on quality standards and procedures
Support
regulatory compliance and certifications
Analyze
quality metrics and drive continuous improvement
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s
degree in engineering.
Knowledge of QMS standards (e.g., ISO 9001 /IATF 16949 , ISO14001/45001)
Experience with audit processes and documentation control
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with tools like:
Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
5 Why, Fishbone Diagram
CAPA systems
Good communication and training skills
