Job Description
- Support stations/regions efforts to drive revenue and deliver customer service both internally and with clients
- Execute broadcast and digital order entry
- Perform order maintenance throughout campaign flight
- Send preempt reports to station/regions account managers
- Communicate and confirm all order changes or makegoods to buying agency
- Regularly check coding on TP/high-profile events for accuracy
- Send Pre and Post logs to clients as requested
- Assist traffic with locating instructions and other campaign materials
- Post flight invoice maintenance, adjustments, edits as necessary
- Coordinate with agency and station/regions account managers to resolve any billing discrepancies
- Work closely with various levels of management and staff within marketing, sales, programming, and finance departments at stations
- Fully Remote: This position has been designated as fully remote, meaning that the position is expected to contribute from a non-NBCUniversal worksite, most commonly an employee’s residence.
Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales support or sales operations with working knowledge in broadcast traffic and sales order systems
- Bachelors degree
- Bilingual-English/Spanish preferred
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

Desired Characteristics:
- Knowledge of Wide Orbit Traffic, Wide Orbit Sales, WO Connect
- Knowledge of basic Microsoft Applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- High level organizational skills - must possess the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence and balance
- Strong interpersonal skills/team oriented with a positive attitude
- Creative thinker with a strategic and business-oriented mindset towards problem solving
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
