About You
We are looking for a self-starter, passionate about creating exceptional learner-centred experiences to bring the next generation of Abnormal Security GTM Enablement to life.
Ideal candidates will have deep domain knowledge of building, and applying, instructional design and adult learning concepts and programs. They have built learning and development programs on a global scale within high-performing Sales Organizations, and have the ability to understand GTM priorities and create compelling learning programs to accelerate the success of our GTM Team Members including Sales, XDRs and Customer Success.

Basic Qualifications
- A minimum of 5, ideally 10+, years working in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, or [potentially] Customer Education.
- Understanding of GTM roles, specifically sales, and sales processes
- Experience, and familiarity with SaaS Sales organizations and core sales competencies
- Experience designing and administering content via a variety of modalities (virtual, in person, asynchronously)
- Experience designing and planning curriculums across multiple roles and experience levels; for example, experience building learning paths for Enterprise vs Mid-Market AEs, CSM, new-hires, in-seat (everboarding) and candidate (promotion.
- Experience with industry leading sales enablement technology such as sales enablement platforms (e.g. MindTickle, or other), content platforms (e.g. HighSpot, or other).
- Experience with program management and tools (e.g. Asana, Monday.com, etc…)
- Technical aptitude supporting the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate cross-functionally with Subject Matter Experts with R&D, Marketing / PMM, and Sales Enablement.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities, tasks, and wear many hats as needs shift and change.
- Independently holds themselves accountable for their work outcomes and goals
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Preferred Qualifications
- Confident facilitator, and presenter, both in-person and online
- Experience in a pre-IPO and / or high growth sales environment
- Experience building, operationalizing and leading, curriculum design and development, globally, within a sales enablement organization.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and maintaining budgets to ensure financial accountability.
- Event planning and in-person training development experience for sales and / or marketing organizations including WW events at scale (e.g. 100s to thousands of attendees).
Role Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end curriculum design, development and delivery for Abnormal GTM - Sales and Customer Success - Enablement.
- Partner with Field Enablement to ensure the successful delivery - operational systems, facilitation and accountability / reporting - of GTM Enablement curriculums.
- Partner with Field Enablement and Cross-Functional team members to create GTM development tracks - new-hire and everboarding (in-seat) - to ensure Abnormal hits and exceeds GTM goals (ramp, attainment, customer success - gross / net revenue retention).
- Partner with Field Enablement to plan for and design the new-hire onboarding strategy for WW sales hires including program optimization, stakeholder management, and measurement
- Partner with Operations and Field Enablement to facilitate a monthly boot camp program, virtually and/or in person (when safe to do so), across new-hires and presenters.
- Define a post-bootcamp reinforcement strategy to ensure application and retention of core onboarding concepts
- Drive close partnership with Sales Enablement and Operations leadership to deliver a world class onboarding experience that has measurable impact to ramp and performance.
- Partner with sales leadership and field enablement team to understand segment-specific onboarding needs, identify gaps and build recommendations to address
- Own communications to the business around program efficacy and impact
- Establish & create assessment and evaluation strategies to measure the efficacy and return on
