Become a part of our formula for success and develop the future with us in a global team that embraces diversity and equal opportunities irrespective of gender, age, origin, sexual orientation, disability or belief.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>What You Can Expect</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Work within a team which is responsible for the execution of tasks associated with the safe and reliable mechanical upkeep and improvement of site plant, process and equipment. </li> <li>Be available for planned shift cover (if and when required) including the operation of site utilities and facilities, ensuring uninterrupted availability on an ongoing basis.</li> <li>To provide for unplanned mechanical &amp; shift cover, on a rotating on-call basis. </li> <li>A workplace where safety is a top priority. </li> <li>You will receive training to ensure you have the required knowledge</li> <li>We value an open, diverse, creative, responsible and entrepreneurial working environment. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>What We Expect</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Completed an approved apprenticeship as a Mechanical Fitter, with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a site role within a Process manufacturing environment. </li> <li>Training and experience in pipe fabrication is an advantage.</li> <li>You will work within EHS requirements to ensure safe working systems and practices are followed, taking responsibility for personal actions and the actions of others. </li> <li>Be an effective communicator and have decision making skills, with a 'can-do' attitude who can work independently or as part of a team to ensure that targets are achieved. </li> <li>Good analytical skills to identify &amp; implement improvements. </li> </ul>
