Pooled Position Limited Tempor-Shipping & Receiving Assistant

JOB TITLE:   

Hourly Pooled Temp for Shipping & Receiving

JOB PURPOSE:   

Assist Shipping & Receiving Department 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

Make labels and ensure packages get shipping for out going. Assist freight drivers making sure freight gets delivered to the right place. Assist with billing for Shipping & Receiving

SUPPLEMENTAL FUNCTIONS:  

Assist other Materials Services departments (Recycling, Movers) as needed.

REMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY: 

This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  

Shipping & Receiving experience equal to one year, 

High School Degree  

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in person or over the phone 
• Knowledge of UPS and FedEx shipping systems
• Basic computer skills
