Project Manager

Champion Retail Housing Inc / Titan Factory Direct has an immediate opening for a Manufactured/Modular home project manager in the Candler, NC area. This position is responsible for managing single family housing projects under construction in multiple North Carolina counties. Titan Factory Direct is a direct retailer for Champion Homes, the largest publicly held manufactured home producer in the country.

Candidate must:

• Possess a working knowledge of residential construction, permitting, home site preparation, project management and warranty service management.
• Be able to interact with customers, vendors, and management.
• Have the ability to multi-task.
• Be proficient in the use of Microsoft office.
• Have a working knowledge of, or a willingness to learn, project management software.
• Have reliable transportation, as this position requires local travel to job sites.

Job Responsibilities:

• Initial site visits with clients
• Gathering bids from subcontractors
• Managing the permit process
• Maintain a timeline with subcontractors and clients
• Ensuring the projects stay within budget
• Ensuring that projects stay on projected timeline
