Manufacturing Leadership Graduate Development Program

The Plastipak Manufacturing Leadership Program is an immersive rotational program for new or recent Engineering grads seeking to accelerate their professional path to a leadership role in the manufacturing industry. 

PROGRAM STRUCTURE:

• Three (3) US manufacturing plant locations*, rotating annually

  • Senior leader mentor

  • Leadership training & development through our Plastipak Academy

  • End-of-rotation presentations

  • Consistent feedback & support

  • Exposure to all facets of our business

• Year 1 – Location A

  • Hands-on production operations experience

  • Quality or TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) Engineer experience

  • Project ownership

• Year 2 – Location B

  • Logistics/Scheduling or Warehouse Leadership experience

  • Project ownership

• Year 3 – Location C

  • Tailored experience to support your career objective & prepare for your post-program placement

REQUIREMENTS:

• Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any of the following disciplines:  Engineering, Supply Chain, Packaging Science, Industrial Operations & expected graduation date of December 2024 or Spring 2025

  OR earned degree any time after Spring 2023

• Minimum 3.0 GPA

• Able to be located at any of our US plant locations & relocate for each subsequent yearly rotation (relocation assistance provided)

• Demonstrated leadership through extra-curricular, service or professional groups

• Previous work or internship experience in a manufacturing setting

• Eligible to work in the United State without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
