PlastipakAbout the role
The Plastipak Manufacturing Leadership Program is an immersive rotational program for new or recent Engineering grads seeking to accelerate their professional path to a leadership role in the manufacturing industry.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE:
Three (3) US manufacturing plant locations*, rotating annually
Senior leader mentor
Leadership training & development through our Plastipak Academy
End-of-rotation presentations
Consistent feedback & support
Exposure to all facets of our business
Year 1 – Location A
Hands-on production operations experience
Quality or TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) Engineer experience
Project ownership
Year 2 – Location B
Logistics/Scheduling or Warehouse Leadership experience
Project ownership
Year 3 – Location C
Tailored experience to support your career objective & prepare for your post-program placement
REQUIREMENTS:
Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any of the following disciplines: Engineering, Supply Chain, Packaging Science, Industrial Operations & expected graduation date of December 2024 or Spring 2025
OR earned degree any time after Spring 2023
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Able to be located at any of our US plant locations & relocate for each subsequent yearly rotation (relocation assistance provided)
Demonstrated leadership through extra-curricular, service or professional groups
Previous work or internship experience in a manufacturing setting
Eligible to work in the United State without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
