What you'll do

• Design and enforce a global social governance framework, translating internal policies and external regulations into clear standards, SLAs, and risk controls across markets
• Build and maintain scalable processes in Sprinklr—workflows, approvals, routing, taxonomy, and UAM—ensuring consistency and efficiency for global, regional, and local teams
• Serve as primary Sprinklr administrator, owning user provisioning, roles/permissions, configurations (publishing, moderation, listening, cases, reporting), and overall platform hygiene
• Optimize and maintain the platform end to end, including automation rules, data quality, and structured release/change management with regular audits
• Partner with Legal, IT, and InfoSec to operationalize GDPR and related regulations, while leading support: documentation, user troubleshooting and input for training

Who you are

• Proven Sprinklr owner in a global enterprise, with a track record of standing up and scaling governance, processes, and admin best practices across complex organizations
• Deep understanding of social platforms and tools, and hands-on expertise configuring Sprinklr modules (publishing, moderation, listening, case management, dashboards)
• Compliance-savvy, with working knowledge of GDPR/CCPA, data retention and minimization, DPIAs, and experience embedding controls with Legal, IT, and Security
• Exceptionally organized program manager who prioritizes roadmaps, aligns stakeholders, runs audits/post-mortems, and drives continuous improvement at scale
• Proactive, solution-oriented communicator—fluent in English (German is a plus)—adept at cross-functional collaboration and training non-technical users and partners
