This role is primarily field-based, with regular visits to job sites and customer locations to assess safety conditions, identify hazards, and help teams develop practical, compliant, and effective solutions to work-related safety challenges before, during, and after work is performed.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">When not in the field, the Field Safety Advisor will work from a company office. The position requires the ability to work independently while also collaborating closely with associates, project teams, customers, and the EHS team. A company-provided work truck serves as the primary mobile office while in the field.
