We are seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in a high-performance environment. You will focus on quality and results, building a world-class team that powers Flowable’s global growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership, moves fast, and consistently delivers top talent in a competitive market. 

What You’ll Do 

• Own the full recruitment cycle: Manage end-to-end hiring across technical and business roles — from crafting job descriptions and sourcing to guiding offers and closing. 

• Act as a strategic partner: Advise hiring managers with best practices, market insights, and data-driven decisions to ensure quality and speed in every hire. 

• Lead sourcing and candidate experience: Use creative sourcing methods to attract top talent globally while delivering a transparent, engaging, and professional candidate journey. 

• Drive continuous improvement: Collaborate across teams to refine processes, strengthen employer branding, and implement new tools and initiatives that elevate our hiring standards. 

What You Bring 

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within tech or SaaS environments. 

• Strong sourcing skills and a sharp instinct for identifying and engaging top talent across international markets. 

• Excellent communication skills in English (German and/or Spanish are a plus). 

• A proactive, structured approach with the confidence to take full ownership of your pipeline and results. 

• A hungry, hunter-like mindset — ambitious, relentless, and driven to pursue results and outperform expectations.
