The <strong>Director, Adoption Consulting</strong> is a senior leadership role responsible for building, scaling, and operating this capability through a <strong>hybrid workforce model</strong> that combines expert consultants with AI‑powered enablement and analytics.</p> <p>This leader will redefine how adoption, training, and change are delivered—moving from labor‑intensive, bespoke approaches to <strong>repeatable, AI‑enabled, outcome‑driven solutions</strong> embedded directly into Advisory Consulting and/or ServiceNow delivery.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Strategic Leadership &amp; Practice Build</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define and operationalize NewRocket’s Adoption Consulting strategy across AMS, EMEA, and India</li> <li>Build a scalable delivery model that integrates human expertise with AI‑generated content and analytics</li> <li>Establish standard playbooks, methods, and success metrics for adoption and change enablement</li> </ul> <p><strong>Delivery &amp; Client Impact</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as executive advisor to client sponsors on adoption, behavior change, and value realization</li> <li>Embed adoption and OCM into ServiceNow delivery from qualification through post‑go‑live</li> <li>Ensure adoption strategies are tied to measurable business outcomes, not just training completion</li> </ul> <p><strong>AI‑Enabled Enablement &amp; Training</strong></p
