In this crucial role, you will work closely with our cardiologists and healthcare staff to provide exceptional patient care, from conducting vital signs and preparing patients for exams to assisting with procedures and managing medical records. - Compensation: $21.07 to $30.34 hourly wage based on experience and education
- Retention Bonus: $10,000 for 2 years
- Additional Pay: Shift Differential, Annual Increases, Paid Time Off

- Schedule:Full-time, 40 hours per week, 5x8 hour day shifts
This position provides routine patient care to promote patient comfort and contribute to the overall patient plan of care. This position is responsible for on-going patient data collection and documentation in the medical records and provides a variety of unit support functions which contribute to the overall efficient operation of the nursing unit/department.
Responsibilities
Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards. Provides all customers of Foundation Health with an excellent service experience by consistently demonstrating our core and leader behaviors each and every day.
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge. Knowledge as normally obtained through graduation from an Accredited Medical Assisting Program. Completion of an approved medical assistant training program as defined by state regulations. Medical Assistant Certification or Medical Assistant Registration is required. Current BLS certification. All direct patient care personnel are required to demonstrate competent performance of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (BLS) techniq
