Technical Accountant

Do you have a passion for technical accounting and want to take your expertise to the next level? RoseRyan is seeking a talented and experienced Technical Accountant to join our team. As a Technical Accountant, you will work closely with clients to provide guidance and support on technical accounting matters, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical accounting guidance to clients, including research and interpretation of accounting standards and regulations
• Assist with the implementation of new accounting pronouncements and ensure compliance with updated regulations
• Prepare and review technical accounting memos
• Collaborate with audit partners and other professionals on complex accounting issues
• Conduct technical accounting training sessions for clients and internal teams
• Develop and maintain client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor in technical accounting matters

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience performing the research and writing memos
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical accounting
• Thorough understanding and knowledge of US GAAP
• Experience with SEC reporting and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
• Experience in a consulting or advisory role is a plus

Hourly consulting range is large DOE: $70/hr - $130/hr
