With technology, we turn spontaneous thoughts into meaningful experiences, helping people travel the world.  </p><p>We are looking for a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI)  to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide to help us power up the traveller's journey for millions of holidaymakers.</p><p>If you are <strong>passionate about creating seamless, user-centered experiences</strong> and <strong>skilled at designing intuitive, high-converting checkout flows</strong>, keep on reading, as you might be the perfect fit for this job.</p><p> </p><p><u><strong>The job in brief: </strong></u></p><p><strong>Job Title</strong> - Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) </p><p><strong>Working model -</strong>  hybrid from Madrid / full-remote from Spain</p><p><strong>Team - </strong> you will join the Product Designer team within the Value Stream department.</p><p><strong>Level - </strong>Professional (working in teams or individually on projects, with emphasis on technical/discipline knowledge rather than managing people)</p><p><strong>Contract -</strong>  Permanent - full-time (EUR 36 h/week)</p><p> </p><p><u><strong>What your impact will be</strong></u></p><ul><li>Own the full design process, from early discovery and testing to asset delivery and consulting with engineers</li><li>Work with research, product and tech to deliver products that customers love.</li><li>Design mobile first.  We’re mainly looking for someone to work on the web product, but mobile app experience is a plus.</li><li>Be part of the Product Design team that you can rely on to share and collect feedback.</li><li>Aim for the top. Help the team revamp the entire product from a UI/UX perspective. Help us compete with the best!</li><li>Challenge everything.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><u><strong>Your expertise:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Solid hands-on experience as a product designer, preferably in the checkout step in e-commerce or online travel agencies.</li><li>You have a proven record of delivering products that customers love.</li><li>You know how to balance user needs and business goals to solve problems that matter. </li><li>You ask why, you team up with the research team and you dig into the root causes of a problem.</li><li>You love being a designer and aim for pixel perfection</li><li>You have a strong portfolio showcasing great UX and UI solutions, having worked on initiatives end to end from Product Discovery to continuous improvements</li><li>You have humility.
