Fabletics Inc. is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager.

How Do You Fit In?

As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our fashion products meet the highest standards of quality. You will oversee the quality assurance processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives to keep pace with our rapid production cycles.

Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing quality control procedures, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality issues.

Quality Assurance Manager will report to Senior Quality Assurance Manager.

What You Will Do:

As a Quality Assurance Manager in the organization, you are responsible for ensuring that products and services meet all necessary requirements before they reach the consumer. The Quality Manager works with our QC teams in region and maintains procedures to ensure that products meet quality and efficiency standards. 

• Quality Assurance:
  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure products meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements

• Process Improvement:
  • Analyze quality performance using data and statistical methods to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
• Team Leadership:
  • Prepare to eventually manage and mentor members of our global quality assurance team.
  • Provide training on quality standards and procedures.

• Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality documentation and reports.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to management and stakeholders.
• Supplier Quality
  • Evaluate and improve supplier performance
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues on site in the factories.
     

What you can bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in quality management or quality assurance roles.
• In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards.
• Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Where we are:

• This role will be based in our El Segundo Headquarters
• Role may require travel to other countries based on sourcing strategies

The annual base salary range for this position is from $89,100-$110,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
