What You’ll Do:

• Deliver skilled nursing care in the home according to individualized care plans
• Monitor and document patient conditions using electronic charting
• Educate and support clients and families
• Collaborate with care teams and attend training as needed

Qualifications:

• Active LPN or RN license in Missouri or Compact State
• Availability for part-time day shifts
