Job Description

Purpose:

• This role partners closely with Marketing Operations to ensure key systems support the needs of the business. Operationally this team supports the maintenance and evolution of the material review process and the tools that facilitate that process (e.g. JedAI) are co-owned by Marketing Operations. These solutions are AI-focused and cross-functional in nature and will eventually be used daily by Marketing, Medical, Regulatory and our agency partners.  We are establishing a new service leveraging GenAI to accelerate and optimize the material review process.
• Default point of contact between BTS, the business and software development teams/third party contracted support and resolves client and BTS relationship issues.
• Manages and provides guidance on the selection, design, justification, implementation and business use of information systems. 
• Analyzes business processes; elicits, analyzes, and documents business requirements; identifies alternative solutions, assesses feasibility and makes recommendations typically seeking to exploit and leverage new or existing technology components. 
• Translates business requirements into functional requirements; performs data and process modeling; manages change; and leads, coordinates / performs testing, verification, and validation of requirements.
