Regional RN Care Manager

AdvisaCare is seeking an experienced, motivated, and reliable Registered Nurse to be a Regional Care Manager for our beautiful Independent Living Communities in the Grand Rapids and Spring Lake MI areas.

Full Time Salaried Position with Excellent Benefits!

Duties Include

• Monitoring and Supervising all 4 communities

• Hiring/Training/Supervising Your Staff - Team Lead, Med Techs, Home Health Aides
• Building Relationships with Staff, Residents, Families and Community Directors
• Assessments of new residents or those being discharged back from a hospital/rehab center
• On-Call
• Oversight for all shifts
• Working the floor as support
• Weekly Payroll and Scheduling
• Travel expected

Requirements

• Current Michigan License - RN
• Minimum one (1) year experience
• Updated Tuberculin (TB) test and current CPR certification
• Clear Criminal History/Drug Screen
• Critical thinking, task competence and the ability to think on your feet
• Problem solving skills and the ability to multi-task
