Bupa Greenacre is a modern care home set in the south west of Sydney. You’ll be close to the local community with neighbouring schools, parks and a shopping centre nearby. About the Role  

To deliver effective support to the hospitality function within the care home, including catering, cleaning and laundry

Use your fantastic food services and cleaning skills in a role where you really can make a difference by providing our residents with an empathetic and personal approach. 

Permanent Part time and casual role available. Looking for someone who can work on Mondays and Tuesdays

About you

Previous catering / food service or cleaning experience preferred but not essential.

You will be a team player and someone who enjoys interacting with people and giving back to our most vulnerable. 

Duties

• Maintain legislated workplace health and safety, quality and hygiene standards
• Complete required documentation and reporting
• Respond to residents’ queries and requests 
• Laundry duties include loading washers & dryers, sort linen, hang, fold, wrap or iron linen
• Catering / food services duties include assisting with basic food prep, provide meals and snacks, clear dining areas and dishwashing  
• Cleaning duties include general cleaning; mopping, vacuuming, and waste collection in the residents’ rooms, bathrooms, communal and living areas
