Colorado Water & Mold Restoration is dedicated to providing expert restoration and repair services to our community. From water damage restoration to plumbing repairs, we help restore homes and businesses affected by disasters. We are a growing company, and we are seeking a Restoration Salesperson to join our team and play a critical role in the restoration process. 

The Restoration Salesperson is responsible for meeting with clients, providing assessments, and educating customers in areas including water damage, fire and smoke damage, mold remediation, and other disaster recovery services. Those filling this position must be able to qualify for military base access. A background check, motor vehicle record check and drug screen are part of the hiring process. 

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers, including homeowners, business owners, property managers, insurance companies, and contractors
• Meet with clients to assess property damage and provide personalized solutions and restoration plans tailored to their needs
• Prepare detailed proposals including timelines and cost estimates using Xactimate
• Work closely with clients and their insurance providers to facilitate claims and ensure that services are covered 
• Maintain communication with clients throughout the project to provide updates and address any concerns
• Oversee and manage restoration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction
• Coordinate with restoration teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and progress in the CRM system
• Maintain communication with leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business or referrals
• Day-and-night availability for emergency/on call assessments

Requirements

• 2+ years of restoration experience preferred
• Sales experience preferred 
• Good character and ability to work with a team
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Neat, clean and organized
• Great work ethic
• Team player
• A clean background (most of the work is on a military base)
• A willingness to learn and grow in the industry
