About the role

The Project Coordinator position assists in the management of projects and programs in Information Services and Clinical Engineering. They manage small work efforts, within the project. They provide general administrative support to the team by processing purchase orders, maintaining documentation, coordinating meetings and site specific projects, producing reports, and ensuring tasks are completed in scope and on time.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in Healthcare, Project Management, Business, Clinical Operations or Information Technology. Or equivalent education/experience.
  • 2 years Demonstrated work experience in organizing, facilitating, and assisting in planning a project or business/clinical operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Coursework/Training: Project Management methodology based on Project Management principles.
  • 2 years work experience in Clinical Engineering domain.
