Our Connected Aviation Solutions (CAS) group is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our innovative Air Traffic Solutions (ATS) team. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational effectiveness and transformation within the Air Traffic Solutions organization. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive plans for multiple projects and overseeing every phase, from planning to execution, to ensure our ambitious initiatives are successfully met. What You Will Do:

  • You will work a hybrid schedule, working onsite 2-3 days a week.

  • You will collaborate with cross-functional global teams and programs, aligning efforts toward a unified set of strategic objectives.

  • You will organize tasks, identify project goals, scope, metrics, and desired outcomes, ensuring the distribution of tasks to drive project performance with assigned owners, milestone measurement, and adherence to schedule and execution.

  • You will proactively communicate with team members to ensure all are aware of timing and delivery expectations.

  • You will identify issues that need to be escalated and present recommendations to support risk reduction and continuous improvement.

  • You will coordinate and collaborate with leadership, project teams, and various stakeholders across multiple levels and teams.

  • You will support the functional strategic planning and goal alignment process.

  • You will apply lean and agile frameworks consistent with the CORE operating model.

  • You will coordinate regular project reviews and meeting cadences to track progress in accordance with timelines and milestones.

  • You will develop meeting agendas, record meeting minutes, and track actions.

  • You will prepare status reports and develop presentations for leadership briefings, program reviews, and deliver updates to stakeholders.

  • You will plan activities in accordance with the enterprise calendar and keep team members apprised of timelines and milestones.

  • You will maintain status and knowledge of ongoing projects in Air Traffic Solutions (ATS).

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Must have prior experience developing impactful presentations, including project plans and strategic presentations, and delivering them to senior leadership teams.

  • Must have prior experience managing schedules, facilitating meetings, and coordinating program reviews and cadence presentations to ensure ongoing project alignment and success.

  • Education – Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience

  • U.S. citizenship is required – Only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under these programs/contracts.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Prior work experience in an aerospace or manufacturing environment.

  • Prior experience working in a global, matrixed organization.

  • Prior relevant program and project experience.
