What You’ll Do
As a Referral Coordinator at OrthoAtlanta, you’ll:
- Address the referral work queue daily and ensure timely scheduling of patients to the appropriate facility
- Verify referral sources and confirm referrals are from the appropriate POA physician
- Confirm patient insurance is accepted in PT prior to scheduling
- Communicate regularly with Clinic Directors to provide feedback on front office operations and serve as a resource for improving efficiency
- Provide coverage or assist with non-patient facing (and when possible, patient-facing) responsibilities at centralized IHG locations or clinics as needed
- Undertake additional responsibilities essential for maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of BOA workflows

What You’ll Need
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in a medical office setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
