About the Role:

• As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Watsontown Nursing and Rehab Center, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents.

• You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to each resident's unique needs and goals.

• Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in building strong relationships with our residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate residents' physical, emotional, and social needs.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team.

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.

• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the healthcare team.

• Provide education and support to residents and their families.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
