GMP LEAD CLEANER

Job Summary Details:

We are seeking a diligent and reliable GMP lead cleanroom cleaner to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain a high standard of cleanliness within GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environments. The role involves thorough cleaning of ceilings, walls, floors, and horizontal surfaces. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to follow specific documented cleaning protocols to ensure a safe and compliant environment.

 

Pay: $26.00 PER HOUR    The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize ceilings, walls, floors (applied with mop handle) and other horizontal surfaces according to GMP standards.
• Handle and operate cleaning materials safely and efficiently.
• Mixes water and cleaning solutions in containers to prepare for cleaning procedures according to specifications.
• Follow specific cleaning protocols to ensure a contaminant-free environment.
• Maintain records of cleaning tasks as required by GMP/GDP standards.
• Report any issues or damages to the supervisor.
• Always adhere to safety and compliance guidelines.
• Lead cleaners will be in training and maybe required to act as a supervisor due to personnel issues etc. 
• Tasks will be handed down by a supervisor or assistant managers due to operational needs. 
• Lead cleaners will be required to work with fellow team members and be able give and receive direction.
• Lead cleaners might be requested to stay late, work weekends due to site and job requirements.
• All regular cleaning tasks will be required and must be able to be performed by the lead cleaner. 

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds as needed.
• Ability to stand and perform cleaning work overhead as needed.
• Ability to properly gown and de-gown per procedure as required for entry and exit of controlled areas.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to rigorous safety protocols.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
