Job Description

Responsibilities 

• Supporting the Project Manager to oversee the project and product lifecycle, including budgeting, vendor sourcing, requirements discovery, technical solutioning, project execution, UAT testing, production deployment, and BAU support.
• Review solution architecture and infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Act as a subject matter expert in retail solutions and recommend optimal technology solutions.
• Follow IT governance processes, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for effective project planning and execution.
• Provide application support, managing escalated issues with a focus on timely resolution in accordance with SLAs.
• Additional tasks may depend on the level of position and specialization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Business IT or related disciplines.
• Project management skills, including familiarity with methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.
• Proficient in time management and prioritization, ensuring the timely completion of projects and handling multiple tasks concurrently.
• Technical expertise in systems or applications architecture design, with end-to-end implementation experience.
• Substantial experience with retail technology solutions is advantageous.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies is advantageous.
• Strategic thinking with attention to detail for effective initiative execution.
• Team player with strong organizational and people management skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure with tight timelines.
• Meticulous with attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to resolve stakeholders' issues in a timely manner.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Passionate about working in the Tech & Real Estate industry.
