Technical Services Supervisor

   a leader who is dedicated to outstanding delivery of technical services training and problem solver within our technical services escalation team.

As a Technical Services Supervisor and key member of the Advanced Technical Services team, you manage the technical support engineering team and ensure a delivery of training and industry-leading customer service. This role is based at our Advanced Technical Services Center in Ashland VA. 

The base salary range for this position is $82,700/year to $93,600/year. We offer full benefits, a profit sharing contribution to your 401k, and a $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing the technical support engineering team
• Scheduling and managing of training and skill advancement of field and in-house service engineers
• Maintaining policies and procedures according to corporate and industry standards, and ISO 17025 requirements
• Reporting of failure trends and product weaknesses
• Travel (up to 40% throughout the US and Caribbean, including overnight)

Skills and qualification you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills
• 5 years of work experience in technical services environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and passport
