About the Role:
The Director, Corporate FP&A, referred to internally as, Chief Financial Officer, Corporate FP&A is a strategic business partner role for the admin G&A functions. They will own the forecast and budget process with business analytics. They will also complete the corporate consolidation of forecasts and handle monthly business review reports for the executive team and board packages.

Responsibilities:
• Own the budgeting and forecasting with business analysis.
• Complete corporate consolidations of forecasts.
• Handle month’s business review reports for the executive team and board packages.
• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, leveraging data analytics to deliver timely and accurate financial insights.
• Champion finance transformation initiatives, including the automation of processes and the enhancement of financial systems.
• Drive improvements in financial and operational processes to increase efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications:
• 8+ years of previous work experience.
• Proven track record in financial analysis and reporting. Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves, work in a lean environment with hands-on management capacity and desire.
• Experience in managing budget and demonstrated ability to work within approved budget.
• Experience working in a matrix management environment, preferably in a Global company.
• Experience with FP&A tools, coupled with advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. OneStream, Tableau, SQL and VBA experience added an advantage.
• Strong leadership skills, articulate and excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated, balanced with high standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
• Ability to manage different stakeholders and communicate effectively.
• Working experience in a Food & Beverage setting with some restaurant operations exposure will be an added advantage.

Compensation: The base pay range for this role is $163,000 – $203,800 USD annually
Pay within this range will be determined in good faith based on job-related factors, which may include skills, experience, education/training, location, and internal equity.
