About the Role:

In this role you will provide leadership, oversight, expertise, and direction to the compliance and risk management program for the Credit Risk Management IT product line as a member of the Credit Risk Management Compliance & Risk Management team within Dallas Integrated Technology Services (ITS). This role will report to the Dallas ITS Credit Risk Management Compliance & Risk Manager.

You Will:

  • Develop, govern, and maintain the compliance and risk management program for the organization, including self-audit initiatives within the organization.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for risk management issues and oversight; develop and lead risk management strategies to avoid non-compliance.

  • Serves as the organization’s liaison for all Federal Reserve Bank audits, Board of Governor examinations, SOX/COSO testing, and other audits and reviews.

  • Responsible for ensuring the organization follows through on any findings and any open items are managed from initiation to closure.

  • Responsible for staying informed and providing suggestions to management on industry trends and best practices for compliance and risk initiatives.

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 7 years of risk management, audit, or equivalent work experience.

  • Experience in establishing risk management practice preferred.

  • Certified Information Systems Auditor preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills with emphasis on the ability to clearly communicate compliance and risk management program information effectively to various stakeholders, including team members, sponsors, customers, vendors, and senior management.

  • Excellent ability to work with others in order to achieve a common goal, resolve conflicts, and manage cross-functional and external relationships; demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence across organizational and management structures.

  • Equivalent education and/or experience may be substituted for any of the above requirements

This role allows for the employee to work in a hybrid manner with some work conducted onsite at the Federal Reserve work location and some work conducted remotely. Specific schedule details will be discussed during the recruitment process.
