2nd Shift Automotive Technician - UP TO $6,000 SIGN ON BONUS!

Description

Gainesville Kia is in search of a reliable and knowledgeable Automotive Technician who is interested in 2nd shift. This will be a full time position. Come work for the fastest growing dealership who has been voted the best place to work for the past 6 years in a row! 

Schedule: 5:00 pm - 12:00 am Monday through Friday (Flexibility in schedule if needed) 

WE ARE OFFERING UP TO $10,000 SIGN ON BONUS BASED ON EXPERIENCE! 

Experienced Automotive Technician Responsibilities:

• Able to diagnose and repair automotive systems including engines, steering, brakes, suspension, transmission, air conditioning, etc.
• Complete service and repair assignments efficiently, safely and correct, to pass quality inspections set forth by dealership and manufacturer quality standards
• Comply with company safety policies and procedures
• Communicate directly with service advisors regarding the status of the service work
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques

Requirements

• Certified or 1+ years automotive technician / mechanic experience
• Kia experience is a plus
• Must be over 18 years of age
• Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Working knowledge of shop equipment (such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.)
• Automotive knowledge
• Maintain sufficient personally owned tools in good working order
• Valid driver’s license
