Shifts Available: Days & Nights | Rotating Weekends
Compensation: $30.04 – $41.50/hour (based on experience)
Shift Differentials: $4.00/hour for Nights & Weekends
Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance: Case by case

Position Overview
We are seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our dynamic Medical-Surgical team in Kansas City. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to medical, surgical, cardiac, and neurologic cases. Our facility is a Level I Trauma Center, offering opportunities for career growth, skills development, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments in accordance with hospital standards and patient protocols

• Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to patient needs

• Provide direct care while supervising non-licensed staff within defined scope of practice

• Deliver education and emotional support to patients and families based on condition, age, and cultural background

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (recent experience not required)

• Education: ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program

• Licensure/Certifications:

  • Active RN license in Missouri or compact state

  • BLS required upon hire

• Unit: Med/Surg (specialties include Neuro, Ortho, and Nephrology)

• Unit Size: 49 beds

• Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 6:1
