The Anderson Automotive Group is a family-owned and operated business with over sixty-five years of history.  As we continue to grow and expand in the Carolinas, we are looking to add to our biller associate team at our corporate headquarters in Raleigh, NC.

The ideal candidate would work well in a team, as well as individually, has strong attention to detail skills, and enjoys working with numbers. Great time management skills with strong organizational skills, and can succeed in a high-volume environment. We are a 16-dealership group and growing!

This is a full-time Monday through Friday job role.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Ability to coordinate various activities simultaneously, excellent organizational and time management skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Degree in accounting, business, finance, or related field
  • Review and upload commission data
  • Maintenance and reconciliation of sales commission for accuracy
  • Understands associates' commission issues and communicates solutions effectively, professionally, and respectfully
  • Prepare GL entries for additional commission, discretionary bonus
  • Submit commission data to the payroll department for payment processing
  • Ensure commission accruals are recorded in the proper period
  • Process and prepare lien payoffs on trade-in vehicles
  • Assist in finalizing deals in accounting while verifying profit/loss
  • Review and maintain accounting schedules
  • Automotive experience preferred
  • A valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record is required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
