As a Medical Scientific Associate within the Medical Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our MSA teams in executing educational, scientific exchange, and various internal and external engagement initiatives. Your collaborative efforts with stakeholders across the MSA division and broader RDC organization will be essential in efficiently and compliantly implementing strategic medical tactics.
Your proactive approach to managing and optimizing internal tools, processes, and systems will drive efficiencies and enhance the impact of our MSA initiatives. As a dedicated Medical Scientific Associate, you will have the opportunity to interface with both internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication.
Drawing upon your scientific background and knowledge, you will actively contribute to the development of content for materials and tools. Additionally, you will provide valuable logistical and operational support for related activities, ensuring the smooth execution of our initiatives.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Supporting MSA Teams in Execution of Medical Plans:
Provide logistical, administrative, and operational support for key medical activities, such as contracting with HCOs, HCPs, and vendors, ensuring compliance with established systems and tools.
Review and manage documentation related to medical activities.
Track and report MSA discretionary financials, including planned, actuals, and accruals.
Contribute to scientific content through literature searches, publication summaries, and medical writing
Supporting Operations Lead for Continuous Improvement:
Proactively identify pain points and inefficiencies, driving refinements of existing processes and creation of new processes/playbooks.
Develop and roll-out training programs to enhance the effectiveness of the MSA department.
Contributing to Department Culture and Capability Building:
Participate in various MSA work product teams and department initiatives to enhance capabilities and foster collaboration.
Serve as a resource and point of contact for operational support to MSA teams.
Act as a coach and mentor to support the onboarding of MSA colleagues and Operations peers, sharing knowledge and developing skills/expertise.
Support the creation of an inspiring team environment with an open and inclusive culture.
Maintain knowledge of applicable research and literature.
Respond to unsolicited requests for information about unapproved products or uses, or off-label information, as needed.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree in a health care or scientific field
3 years of experience in diagnostic, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry or research/clinical practice
