Currently a candidate for Masters, bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or related field with an accredited school in US.
 

Family Description

Corporate Services (AD) consists of executive, professional, and support services in the areas of general administration, facility and real estate management, health, security, and secretarial services as well as external affairs and information services. Comprises other enterprise-wide functions such as trainees.

Subfamily Description

Trainee (TRA) comprises graduates taking part in Nokia's trainee program (only for the duration of the program). Trainees rotate through different functions to experience the company from the ground and up.

 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analytics Coop join our team. The student will collaborate with our Real Estate (RE) Data Analytics team to extract and analyze data from our data warehouse. The successful candidate will assist in building comprehensive datasets, designing insightful dashboards, and automating data updates. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in data analytics and business intelligence.

Develops skills to carry out basic, repetitive, manual tasks that are described in detail and conducted under close supervision.
Has no discretion to vary from established procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Extraction and Collaboration:
•   Work closely with the RE Data Analytics team to draw data from the data warehouse.
•   Ensure accurate and timely data extraction and integration.

2. Dataset Development:
•   Build and maintain an abstract of datasets including portfolio, cost, lease, and utilization data.
•   Ensure datasets are comprehensive and organized for analysis.

3. Dashboard Design:
•   Design and develop dashboards to display various analyses based on insights from the Portfolio & Strategy team.
•   Use Power BI to create user-friendly and insightful dashboards.

4. Automation:
•   Develop and implement processes to automate the periodic updating of data.
•   Ensure that data automation processes are reliable and efficient using Excel and Power BI.

5. Collaboration and Communication:
•   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
•   Communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders.


 

 

Qualifications:
•   Currently pursuing a degree in 
•   Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
•   Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data manipulation.
•   Experience with data visualization tools, particularly Power BI.
•   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•   Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
•   Understanding of real estate data and metrics.
•   Previous internship or project experience in data analytics.
