Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Real Estate & Facilities PMO Leader to build and lead our real estate and facilities program management office (PMO). This role will be responsible for establishing scalable processes and governance across both corporate and retail real estate portfolios, supporting our domestic footprint and international expansion. As the first dedicated real estate PMO leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our physical presence and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Enablement & Strategy
•Develop and implement a comprehensive real estate and facilities PMO framework from the ground up.
•Drive operational excellence via benchmarking and tracking key performance metrics.
•Define and standardize processes for site selection, lease negotiation, construction, facilities operations, and vendor management.
•Partner with RE&F leadership to align real estate strategy with business growth, including international market entry.
•Assist in development of location intelligence and data analytics capabilities.
•Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the RE&F team and among cross-functional partners.

Project Management
•Establish project governance, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
•Lead resource allocation for new store openings, office buildouts, relocations, and renovations.
•Perform end-to-end pipeline management and generate automated reporting for various stakeholders.
•Drive cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, IT, Talent, and Retail Operations.
•Lead platform integration and associated change mgmt. (e.g., real estate analytics & global incident mgmt. platforms).

Portfolio & Process Development
•Create and maintain a centralized repository of real estate data, leases, and facilities documentation.
•Implement tools and systems for tracking project performance, spend, and portfolio metrics.
•Develop scalable processes for international real estate operations, including compliance and localization.
•Create real estate presentation templates (e.g., REC packages, recommendations, etc.).

Qualifications
•8+ years of experience in real estate and facilities program management, preferably in both corporate and retail environments.
•Proven success in building PMO functions or real estate operations from scratch.
•Experience supporting international expansion and navigating global real estate markets.
•Strong understanding of location intelligence, lease administration, construction project management, and facilities operations.
•Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
•PMP or similar certification preferred.
