Join the curious, the ambitious, the doers, the good-hearted, the ones who build a world we’re all in awe of – our Visumees.</p> <p>Ready to become one?</p><p><br/></p><p>🧭 Role</p><p>Join Visium’s team and actively contribute to our expansion in Switzerland and internationally.</p><p>We are looking for a client facing Mulesoft and a certified Senior consultant who can help our clients activate the MuleSoft platform to integrate their IT systems and applications.</p><p><br/></p><p>💡 What you will be responsible for</p><p>As a Mulesoft Consultant you will:</p><ol><li>Mulesoft Platform Activation<ol> <li>Understand the company's integration needs and identify opportunities for optimization</li> <li>Design and implement customized MuleSoft integration solutions to meet business needs</li> <li>Create APIs to allow applications to communicate with each other seamlessly</li> <li>Manage and monitor data flows to ensure availability and security</li> <li>Train internal teams in the use of the MuleSoft platform and in the best practices</li> <li>Provide guidance and technical support to customers to help them resolve integration issues and optimize their business processes</li> </ol> </li></ol><ol><li>Mulesoft Platform Governance<ol> <li>Designing and implementing a governance framework for MuleSoft platform usage that includes policies, procedures, and guidelines for development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of MuleSoft assets</li> <li>Provides guidance and best practices for the development of MuleSoft applications and APIs, including design patterns, security, scalability, and maintainability</li> <li>Ensures that the MuleSoft platform is being used in compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements</li> <li>Collaborates with stakeholders across the customer organization, including development teams, architects, project managers, and business leaders to ensure alignment and adherence to governance policies and procedures</li> <li>Conducts assessments and audits of MuleSoft projects and assets to ensure compliance with governance policies and identify areas for improvement</li> <li>Provides training and support to development teams and other stakeholders on governance policies, procedures, and best practices</li> </ol> </li></ol><p>Depending on your previous experiences and appetite to grow, you will have the opportunity to gain more responsibilities.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>🔧 What we are looking for</p><p>Required qualifications:<br/></p><ul> <li>Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to customers and teams. You are able to articulate complex technical concepts in a way that is easy to understand for non-technical stakeholders</li> <li>Proficiency in Java and RESTful APIs</li> <li>Knowledge of MuleSoft's Anypoint platform and DataWeave, which is used for data transformation</li> <li>Be able to identify problems and provide creative solutions to meet client needs</li> <li>Be able to work with a team to develop and implement solutions that meet project requirements</li> <li>Work with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, define project scope and execute project plans</li> <li>Effectively manage allocated work time to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget. You are able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously</li> <li>Have strong customer service skills to understand customer needs and expectations.
