Box Office Supervisor Regional- Full Time(Caesars Atlantic City/CES)

JOB SUMMARY: 

Responsible for assisting the Box Office Manager with all ticketing operations for the Atlantic City region.

 

DIRECTLY SUPERVISES: 

Entertainment Representative Regional

 

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 

• Supervises the Box Office and Ushering staff and ensures that all aspects of the Theatre and Box Office experience contribute to 100% guest satisfaction
• Responsible for scheduling all Entertainment Representatives for each property event
• Maintains accurate information on Entertainment shows and IMAX schedules as well as regional events
• Resolves all guest complaints during pre-seating and seating of shows.
• Leads box office employee engagement efforts and develops staff to provide superior customer service
• Trains and supervises staff in all ticketing operations 
• Handles customer relations and provides management updates on any ticketing issues  
• May perform special assignments for upper management as requested

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: 

High School Diploma required. Minimum of two years’ supervisory experience with Ticketmaster ticketing system & knowledge of Archtics ticketing software platform.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent written, organizational and verbal communication skills.

 

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.
