About the AML Sales Representative Role
The AML Sales Representative is responsible for closing sales in the specialized AML program while leading and supporting a team of Field Marketing Representatives (FMRs). This role focuses on maximizing sales opportunities, setting and closing AML deals, and ensuring that the FMRs consistently generate high-quality appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Setting AML Opportunities:
- Collaborate with FMRs: Work closely with your team of FMRs to identify and develop AML leads.
- Lead Generation: Personally set a minimum of 40 qualified leads per month.
- Team Leadership: Ensure your FMR team sets an average of 75 quality appointments per month.
2. Closing AML Opportunities:
- Sales Presentations: Conduct professional, consultative sales presentations to educate homeowners on the importance of roof maintenance and AML services.
- Objection Handling: Leverage expert objection-handling techniques to overcome concerns and guide prospects to a close.
- Conversion Goals: Maintain a closing conversion rate of 35% or higher.
3. Training and Leading Field Marketing Representatives:
- Training and Mentorship: Lead training sessions to teach FMRs appointment-setting strategies, pitch delivery, and customer engagement.
- Field Shadowing: Conduct ride-alongs and shadow appointments to provide real-time feedback and coaching.
- Motivation and Performance: Use leadership techniques to keep the team energized and aligned with monthly targets. Track performance and provide data-driven feedback.

- Proven experience in sales, particularly in home services, roofing, or field marketing.
- Leadership and team-building experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
